Ballroom Rental

Important Rental Information
Event Size
If your event exceeds 50 guests, you must arrange and pay for a security detail:
- Contact: Lt. Shane White, Zachary Police Department — (225) 279-1380
- Requirement: 2 officers at $40/hour each (4-hour minimum)
Once arranged, please notify Fennwood Hills
Alcohol Policy
- No outside alcohol is permitted
- No alcohol allowed in the parking lot
- Guests may not bring drinks outside the venue
- Violations may result in immediate event termination with no refund
Rental Terms
- All rentals include a 4 to 5 hour timeframe
- Overtime: $100 per hour
- Non-refundable deposit: $100 due at booking (applied toward total)
- Full balance due: Two weeks prior to the event
- Damage/Cleaning Fee: $150 if using an outside caterer
- Cleaning Fee: $100 for glitter, confetti, rice, petals, etc.
- All décor must be removed by 9:00 AM the next day

Preferred Vendors & Services
Fennwood Hills works with a variety of trusted vendors for food, décor, and entertainment. If you opt to engage one of our vendors , kindly inform Fennwood Hills and submit or have the vendor submit an invoice. Full Payment is required 15 days prior to the event.
